Short History:
Track & Field club Poljane Maribor was established in August 2000. A small group of coaches and perspective athletes have seperated from, at that point the only T&F club in Maribor, AD Maribor. We were accepted in Slovenian national T&F federation on October 13th 2000. After that our results and membership curve went high up.

Right now there is 217 kids/athlets training under supervision of 11 coaches.

International Competitions in 2010:

• International Athletic Meeting, June 26th 2010 (seniors and juniors)
• Open Vet National Championship, June 26th – 27th 2010 (vet)
• 3 National Teams Competition (Hungary, Checz Republic, Slovenia), Septeber 11th 2010 (U23)
• 3 National Temas Competition (Hungary, Croatia, Slovenia), October 2nd 2010 (U16)
